PureJoy does not operate a traditional store. Instead, we offer a “reservation + door-to-door delivery + door-to-door pick-up” ski equipment rental service covering the main Yuzawa area. During peak season, when it’s crowded, our delivery service helps you avoid queues and long fitting times, so you can start your ski trip with ease.

Our main delivery range is hotels and lodges within Yuzawa Town, including areas around GALA, Ishiuchi Maruyama, NASPA, Yuzawa Kogen, and Kagura ski resorts.

• 21+ days before rental: Full refund
• 14 days before rental: 70% refund
• 7 days before rental: 50% refund
• 2 days before rental: 20% refund

Yes, you can contact us before the rental period starts to adjust your order. If additional costs apply, we’ll notify you in advance and get your confirmation.

Please confirm whether you’re renting snowboard or ski equipment. If you need both types, please place separate orders.

Helmets and protective gear can reduce the risk of injury but cannot guarantee complete safety. Please check that screws on boards and bindings are secure before use, and tighten them promptly if needed.

You will be charged 20 times the daily rental rate of the item to cover both property and business loss.

• 1 extra day: Charged at the daily rental rate
• 2–7 extra days: Charged at the daily overdue rate
• More than 7 days: Considered lost, full compensation required

We’ll pick up the equipment at your accommodation on the last rental day at the agreed time.

We provide one-on-one delivery and fitting service, which takes about 20 minutes in total. Once your gear is delivered and adjusted, you can head straight to the slopes.

Our rental service is open until 19:00. Please return the gear by 19:00 on the last rental day. If you return it later, you can bring it back the next day, but an extra day’s rental fee will apply. This way, you can enjoy your night skiing without worry—just remember to plan your time.

Each rental order can only be for one type of board. If you want different types, please place two separate orders.

Yes, but you must book at least 1 day in advance. Same-day rentals will be arranged based on inventory availability, and delivery time is not guaranteed.

Please split it into two separate orders. For example, rent 1 day on January 10 and another day on January 12. You will not be charged for the break day, but equipment must be returned in between.

Rental fees are non-refundable due to weather, injury, or lift closures. We recommend checking the weather forecast in advance.

Any injuries or damages caused by improper use (e.g., wrong selection, installation, or adjustments) are the renter’s own responsibility.
